How do I become a BUDDY ASSIST team member?
You or your company must be a registered professional with the relevant association. In the case of Handymen, they do not belong to any association and we will rate them separately. The applicant may not have any criminal record and must complete our terms and conditions and application form. Within 24 hours we will notify you of your acceptance.
How will I know if my application has been accepted?
You will be advised via email and will also be provided with login details.
How do I log in?
Your Manager will give you your logging details.
How do I know that I am online and available?
Under “My Profile” your status is displayed as well as on the top right corner of your AP on the main page.
How do I change operators?
Tap “Sign Out” on the menu and sign in with the new operators details.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Your Manager can reset your password.
